avatarin is a remote support AI service using our communication AI robot newme and is developed with the customer service industry in mind. It is powered by our avatar core and empowers customer-centric companies with a new capability to address human resource constraints. By merging remote professional human skills with AI, avatarin will allow the customer service industry to dramatically increase customer engagement and the quality of in-person support.
avatarin is not simply a remote solution but also an AI accelerator. The avatar core combines custom hardware, software, cloud services, and AI tools to enable the transmission of high-volume, bilateral data via the cloud with ultra-low latency. The avatar core powers our flagship communication AI robot newme and enables our Remote-to-AI approach to advancing multimodal AI agents.
We use a unique Remote-to-AI approach to create domain-specific multimodal AI agents by leveraging insights from remote interactions. This process involves collecting multimodal human skills data through the deployment and utilization of newme and other devices powered by avatar core for in-person support.
By combining this new capability for domain-specific knowledge capture with pre-trained large language models, we aim to create high-quality domain-specific AI agents that are capable of addressing the evolving needs of service-centric companies.
